The Jeffrey Epstein-Vince Foster Connection?

[Kenneth] Starr was also [Alexander] Acosta’s mentor at the Washington office of Kirkland & Ellis, a large law firm where Acosta worked as a newly minted lawyer in the 1990s. A former prosecutor suggested [Jeffrey] Epstein’s addition of Starr to his defense team was key to Acosta’s decision to putting the kibosh on the federal prosecution. “Acosta is pretending the failure to prosecute was routine,” the former prosecutor told Newsweek, asking for anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter. “But that’s bullshit. What happened here was completely and totally out of the main. Prosecutors wanted badly to prosecute this guy because he was an unrepentant perpetrator and child molester who was not going to stop absent significant incarceration. That Acosta overruled his prosecutors and didn’t notify the victims cannot be justified.”

Referenced here is the September 2007 sweetheart plea deal cut between federal prosecutor Acosta and Epstein’s legal team.  One would never know it from the 2017 Newsweek article from which we have taken the quote, but Starr’s primary task after being appointed as an Independent Counsel in August of 1994, after Congressional reinstatement of the Independent Counsel law which was not in effect when Special Counsel Robert Fiske did his work, was to investigate the death of President Bill Clinton’s Deputy White House Counsel, Vincent W. Foster, Jr.  It would take him over three years of foot-dragging, but in October of 1997 he would submit a report, put together primarily by his young staff member, Brett Kavanaugh, later made a Supreme Court Justice by President Donald Trump, that would put the stamp of approval on the original press story that Foster committed suicide brought on by depression caused mainly by criticism that he was receiving from the press (Would you believe?).

Returning to the story of that amazing plea deal,  despite (or because of?) his performance in that first Epstein case, Trump nominated Acosta, and the Senate approved him, as Trump’s first Secretary of Labor.  When Epstein was rearrested and charged in New York City in 2019, publicity over Acosta’s previous work on Epstein forced him to resign his cabinet position.

There is quite strong, but little-known, evidence that Starr’s connection to these two high-profile cases involving questionable “suicides” is not a mere coincidence.  What the two cases might well have in common is high level pedophilia.

The primary evidence that Vince Foster’s fairly obvious murder was in some way related to pedophilia is provided in chapter 16 of my 2020 book, The Murder of Vince Foster: America’s Would-Be Dreyfus AffairA 2016 version of that chapter, with the same title, “Was Vince Foster’s Murder PizzaGate-Related?” can be found on my web site.  The key revelation in that article is that one of the FBI’s primary investigators assigned to the Foster case was James Clemente, primarily a specialist in pedophile cases, and that there is a cover sheet of a document in the National Archives that reads at the top, “CHILD ABDUCTION AND SERIAL KILLER UNIT,” which carries the title:

QUESTIONS FOR A SUICIDE EXPERT

VINCENT FOSTER DEATH INVESTIGATION

As we learn from the chapter/article, the key Foster-case witness, Patrick Knowlton, met with Clemente on “at least seven occasions,” but at no time was Knowlton aware of Clemente’s background in pedophile-related matters.

The Common Israel Connection

Something else that the Epstein and Foster cases might well have in common is a connection to organized Jewry and to Israel.  When Acosta announced his plea deal, he made mention of Epstein’s likely ties to “intelligence.”  There are several reasons for people to conclude that he was referring primarily to Israel’s intelligence agency, the Mossad.  The two  perpetrators of the wholesale abuse of minor females, Epstein and his procurer, Ghislaine Maxwell, are Jewish.  Maxwell’s late father, the British media magnate, Robert Maxwell, was widely believed to be an agent of the Mossad.  The powerful Zionist American business magnate, Les Wexner, was apparently Epstein’s primary source of funding for his extremely opulent lifestyle, a front as a sort of investment genius for what was little more than a high-level blackmail operation.

It was hardly the focus of our Foster chapter/article, but it suggests that Israel might also have been behind Foster’s death.  Consider this passage:

Perhaps our press kept the public innocent of knowledge of Foster’s not too distant connection to some very large shady activities to prevent undue speculation about the reasons for his demise. [Jackson] Stephens, it should be mentioned, is also a major contributor to political campaigns. A similar figure with a connection to Foster is left out of the press’s story entirely. The Washington Post reported on July 30, 1993, that Foster had spent the weekend before his death visiting, along with his wife and Associate Attorney General Webster Hubbell and his wife on the Eastern Shore of Maryland at the home of Michael and Harolyn Cardozo. Actually, The Post was probably aware but did not report that the host of that gathering was Harolyn’s father, wealthy developer and Democratic Party official and major political contributor, Nathan Landow. On January 26, 1978, The Post had reported on a couple of investment ventures by Landow that involved, in one case, a member of the Gambino family and in another a member of the Meyer Lansky organization. The error by omission of The Post concerning the true host of Vince Foster’s last weekend, once again, kept speculation from taking place, speculation that the people at The Post apparently deemed to be unhealthy. By choosing in this way what it considers suitable for public consumption, and when the unsuitable so often turns out to be intimations of sweeping, very high-level corruption, by, in effect, ruling whole areas of inquiry out of order, the press makes itself irrelevant to the pursuit of the truth. Hardly any motivation for suicide was anywhere in evidence, and by withholding vital information the press would simply not permit any speculation on possible motivation for murder.

Landow, it almost goes without saying, is Jewish, and that business connection to the major Israel-backing Jewish gangster Meyer Lansky is certainly enough to raise eyebrows.  Later Landow turns up in Bill Clinton’s sordid world making overtures to Kathleen Willey, a woman that Clinton allegedly hit on in the White House, whose husband, Ed, turned up dead in the Virginia woods near his home allegedly of a self-inflicted gunshot.

The ”Jackson Stephens” referred to in the passage, was the owner of the Systematics software firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, that both Foster and Hillary Clinton represented as lawyers.  Systematics was supposedly involved in the theft of powerful PROMIS software program on behalf of the state of Israel.  In the article we quote the allegation by former senior editor James Norman of Forbes magazine that Foster’s death was an Israeli hit related to Israeli espionage.  Evidence that Starr’s investigation team was onto the Israeli connection can be found in this article about the interview of Norman by Jim Quinn of Media Bypass magazine.

As a curiosity, early in the Foster case, I saw a Washington Post editorial making light of “conspiracy theories” related to Foster’s death.  Prominent among such theories, they said, was that he had been assassinated by a Mossad “hit team.”  Working in Washington, DC, I had been quite active in looking into Foster’s death, and that Post editorial was the first thing that I had ever heard of any possible Israeli connection to it.

Then, in reference to a visit to Fort Marcy Park, where Foster’s body had been discovered, that the witness Knowlton made in the company of the FBI pedophile profiler Clemente, we have this passage:

(A curious footnote to that Fort Marcy Park visit is that they were closely followed by a van with a passenger in the front seat.  The van parked near them at the park and then followed them to the gas station, parking at the gas pump while they parked near the tire inflation pump.  Clemente seemed unnerved by the presence of that van and even suggested to Knowlton that Knowlton might be responsible for it, which Knowlton vigorously denied.)

Who, one might wonder, could apparently intimidate and frighten members of America’s top law enforcement agency in such a way?

The very important role in the Foster-case cover-up played by the virtual lone critic of reporter and now CEO of Newsmax and confidant of President Donald Trump, Christopher Ruddy, also brings Israel into the picture.  The non-practicing son of an Irish Catholic Long Island policeman, we learn from Wikipedia that Ruddy, a graduate of New York City’s St. John’s University, “early in his career” became the editor-in-chief of the monthly conservative publication New York Guardian.  Its publisher was Herbert London, a Jewish member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a major figure in New York City politics and American conservative politics.  Wikipedia also tells us that Ruddy attended Hebrew University in Israel as an undergraduate at St. John’s, a very unusual thing for an American non-Jew to do.

The following anecdote from my 2014 article, “Double Agent Ruddy Reaching for Media Pinnacle,” is very telling, I think, when it comes to the question of who Ruddy has been working for throughout his career in the media:

Once I happened to make some rather routine critical comment about Israel, and Ruddy’s sharp rejoinder in disagreement really surprised me.  He seemed to take what I was saying about Israel personally.  I recently ran across an observation by Professor Kevin MacDonald that reminded me very much of how Ruddy reacted at that time:   “I have encountered many liberal, politically correct Jews who react vociferously (almost violently) to the most innocuous comments about any topic related to Israel or Jews.”

Take out the liberal and politically correct part, and that was Ruddy, though I’m not sure now about the need to remove the liberal part.  There really wasn’t any real point in taking issue with my offhand observation, it seemed to me, and he definitely wanted to stay on my good side, but it was like he couldn’t help himself.  I just marked Israel off as anything I could make small talk about with Ruddy, and we never found anything further to disagree about that I can think of.

Looking at the big picture, the headline of this 2019 online article says it all when it comes to what the Foster and Epstein cases might well have in common, “’Stanley Kubrick Said Pedophiles Run the World,’ Said Nicole Kidman.”
